ILFE researchers teach courses for Bachelor’s, Master’s and Ph.D. degrees at the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Agriculture (Department of Horticulture and Landscape Architecture) and Faculty of Sciences (Department of Biology) and at the University of East Sarajevo, Faculty of Agriculture (Department of Forestry).

The Institute has long-term research contracts with the state forestry enterprises "Vojvodinašume” and "Vode Vojvodine”.
